This is my favourite dairy free quiche recipe that’s packed full of healthy goodness for your skin. And you can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dairy free, Gluten free
Grease quiche dish with olive oil. Lightly toss bacon and veggies in a pan with a little water, place in the quiche dish and pour whisked eggs over the top. Sprinkle with feta (optional).
Bake at 160º until golden brown and cooked through.
