Didn’t help my acne

I had really high hopes for real-u but it did not work or even help my acne my spot treatment came opened and empty but they were more than happy so send me another they also put some samples in there aswell . I was hoping after spending thousands on skincare that didn’t work this would be the one but it was not .

I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and have had severe acne since I was 13. I had tried everything, spent a fortune and absolutely nothing worked. I am 48 and I thought I was just stuck with my acne until I came across real-u.
