real-u Rewards Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions for the real-u Rewards Program, run by
Execo Holdings Pty Ltd (t/a realu) ACN 651 853 922. By using your real-u points, you agree to our terms and conditions:
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Opting in to our program is automatic when using your customer account.
You must be signed into your account to earn points. By signing into your account, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
HOW TO EARN MY POINTS?
Purchases from our online stores will earn real-u points, provided you are logged into your account with the email associated with your Rewards account.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY REWARD POINTS?
Unused Points expire after a period of 24 month period.
PARTICIPATION AND MEMBERSHIPS
Participation in our Rewards Program is open to all real-u customers that have access to our online stores. If you are under the age of 18 years, you must have parental/guardian approval to opt in to the Rewards Program, and further, your parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be accepted by you and will be binding on you at the time of signing into your account.
Points will be added to every completed real-u order made online when you are signed into your account from real-u.com.au and real-u.com
Make sure you are logged into your account to earn your points. Any orders made as a guest purchase or in stores cannot be added to your account.
Separate member accounts cannot be merged, but points can still be used from both accounts individually.
The real-u Rewards Program excludes returns and refunds (and your account and points will be adjusted accordingly). Execo Holdings reserves the right to change points balances if it believes someone is unfairly accumulating points not within the rules set out in this document. Rewards Spend will not be calculated more than once. Any transactions that occur in one of real-u’s partner retail or online stores will not count towards the real-u Rewards Program.
You cannot exchange or redeem your points for cash or monetary value.
Your points cannot be used towards shipping costs, and shipping expenses do not accrue points.
Execo Holdings reserves the right to change elements of the rewards program at any time.
You are responsible for your own account and any points accrued cannot be given or shared with anyone else. There can be only one customer account for your Rewards Program. Transactions from multiple customer accounts cannot be joined into one Rewards Program spend amount. It is your responsibility to ensure that Execo Holdings has only one client account for you. If you suspect that you have more than one client account, please contact our customer support team at contact@real-u.com
Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the real-u Rewards Program may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Only real-u members who receive our communications are eligible to use and redeem any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers. All offers, gifts, benefits or rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.
All real-u gifts, benefits or offers are subject to availability. Execo Holdings is not liable for any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers not being available for any reason.
If you have opted-out of receiving our real-u communications you will not eligible to receive any rewards or perks of the program.
Execo Holdings reserves the right to change or withdraw the real-u rewards and giveaways, and any elements of the rewards program including these terms at any time without notice.
SUSPENSION AND/OR TERMINATION
Execo Holdings may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the real-u Rewards Program without further notice if you: (a) have breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to Execo Holdings, the real-u Rewards Program or your Customer file; (c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Execo Holdings; (d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information to Execo Holdings (e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Execo Holdingsawards, gifts, offers or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; (f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Execo Holdings staff or any other Customers online; or (g) become bankrupt.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions, and your participation in the real-u Rewards Program, is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia irrespective of where the application for your Client file has been completed. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms and Conditions, and your participation in the real-u Rewards Program, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the State of Victoria.
