Delicious sugar free pancakes!!
We know our skin is not a fan of sugar… (read more here) but did you know that reducing the amount of dairy in your diet could also help to reduce your breakouts? Dairy products can often be full of hormones which can send hormonal acne into overdrive. While reducing the dairy in your diet may not be the solution for you, it’s worth giving it a try to find out if it could be your hidden trigger!
We’ve also kept this recipe gluten-free for any of our Beauties with allergies or intolerances! If you don’t happen to have gluten-free flour in the pantry, don’t fret – you can use normal S/R flour instead.
Sugar free, Dairy free, Gluten free
1 cup of GF Self Raising Flour
185ml Sparkling Mineral Water
185ml Rice or Almond Milk
1 teasp Vanilla Essence
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend together. Bake in a greased pan on a medium heat until golden.
Enjoy with your fave fresh fruit and drizzle with freshly squeezed orange juice.
